What to have ready for a hire quote

Tell us your preferred dates, how long you need the truck and where you plan to travel. Describe the furniture or equipment you want to move. These details help the rental team check the right vehicle category and available booking options.

Ask about the total quote, bond, fuel and return conditions before confirming the hire. The supplied make and model may vary. Driver eligibility and the licence needed are checked against the vehicle supplied and the rental agreement.

Plan the trip and collection

The moving-truck offer includes 200 km per day. Tell the team about your route and ask how the allowance applies to your booking. Confirm any cost for extra travel before you agree to the hire.

At collection, ask about the truck dimensions and load needs. Get familiar with the trolley, moving blankets and tailgate loader supplied. The team can explain how to use the equipment and what to check when returning the truck.
